Thanks for the great lip posts yesterday! We need to get Sandy to tackle those questions. In July, we'll dedicate an entire week to answering as many Sandy questions as we can. (Sandy, if you're reading this, get ready!)

We're saying goodbye to another intern today, the quiet but competent Katharine (that's her above). She has been interning with us since January and has patiently posed for blog photos, helped out at events, pitched in at photo shoots and much more. Best of all, Katharine and her partner in crime, Abby, who left a few weeks ago, gave me a little present the other day. They started a Lancome Intern channel on YouTube! They created some how-to videos and went backstage at the High School of Fashion Industries during the senior show to film the student makeup artists we sponsored. Nice work, girls! If our new interns are reading this, you have big shoes to fill!!

Here's Katharine's exit interview:

Most important thing you learned? "Be organized, know how to multi-task and don't go crazy when there are a million things to do at once."
Best task? "Working in the product closet."
Worst task? "Tedious stuff, like peeling off labels."
Best beauty brand in the world? "Lancome."
