MAC Trip II - Neutral Eye and Cheek Palette
I moaned about the MAC Trip II Collection a few weeks ago and the fact that it was exclusive to airport duty-free. Someone I know (thank you again!) was kind enough to pick me one up on their way home from Bangkok. It's a gorgeous little compact - all sleek, shiny and black and I love the fact that it combines eyes and cheeks which you don't often see in one palette. I got the Neutral Eye & Cheek palette. Shy Beauty (beauty powder blush) - pastel apricot with shimmer Sunday Best - ivory with frost Girlie - rosy pink with subtle shimmer Agate - deep brown/red with red frost ![]() I'm so pleased with this palette - the colours work really well together and the blusher is the perfect peachy pink. I've always preferred the beauty powder blushes to MAC's regular blushers - I think they blend better and give the best effect and more even colour. Today I tried to keep it simple whilst still using each colour. Obviously this palette could also be used to create a much more dramatic look than this, making it versatile and a great addition to anyone's collection. The neutral shades would flatter any skintone. This cost 1300 Thai Baht which is about £24. xxx Comments: What a great palette for all those who want to keep it simple and neutral.. Comments: looks like a great palette, i think i prefer the nars one that u blogged about tho, like if i had to choose, i would stash that in my bag instead :) but this palette is great as it has a blush too! xx Comments: Oh yeah those colours definitely suit you hunni Comments: lovely! i will definitely look for this when i fly out next month :) Comments: Looks just lovely! And that Shy Beauty shade suits you very well!!! ;) Comments: Stunning as ever, could really brighten the whole look up going for something from the Mac style warrior lipgloss range. £24 seems very reasonable but not too sure about the sound of Bangkok, makes everything that little more expensive ;) Comments: Shy Beauty looks great on you... I'm lemming after that palette too! Comments: Ohh Wow. That is gorgeous :) Sunday Best is my fave. i wish they had it permanently xx Comments: omg u buy the prettiest things haha Comments: the palette looks lovely on you! i've got to get my hands on the eye palettes somehow!! Comments: So pretty! What do you have on your lips? It totally looks great all together :) Comments: Iveegirl1133- im wearing mac florabundance lipglass, one of my favourite ever lipglosses! X Comments: What a gorgeous palette!! Girlie is one of my all time favourite shadows, very underrated IMO.
